Shelby Rainford received her bachelor’s degree from Blackburn College in Carlinville, Illinois, where she majored in professional writing and minored in computer science. She joined Scott Global Migration Law Group as a full-time paralegal in June 2018. Shelby grew up in the Springfield, Illinois, area.
