Starting Tuesday, March 12th, USCIS will resume premium processing for all H-1B petitions. The service expedites processing for certain employment-based petitions and applications, guaranteeing a 15-calendar day processing time for any petitioner who uses it.
If you received notification that your H-1B petition was transferred to a different facility, you must file your premium processing request to the new facility. Consult the chart below for more information on where to send your premium processing request.
