Premium processing resumes for any H-1B cases subject to the Fiscal Year (FY) 2018 cap as well as the “Master’s Cap Exempt” petitions for workers with a master’s degree or higher from the U.S. The H-1B cap is set at 65,000 visas, with an additional 20,000 visas for the Master’s Cap Exempt petitions.
